《绘本：玛德琳过圣诞》，值得一看吗？

《玛德琳过圣诞》这本图书是 美国著名图画书作家路德维格·贝梅尔曼斯(Ludwig Bemelmans)所著，作者在27 岁时得到了一个与人共同经营“哈布斯堡王朝餐厅”的机会，他在餐馆的墙壁上画画，在自己公寓的窗户、窗帘和墙壁上画故乡的风景。有一天，美国著名的维京出版社的童书编辑梅·玛斯看到了这些画，便鼓励他为孩子创作图画书，梅·玛斯从此成了影响他一生的人。1939 年出版的《玛德琳过圣诞》不但成了他的代表作，次年还为他赢得了凯迪克银牌奖。

这个作品主要讲的是在巴黎的一座老房子， 藤蔓爬满墙，里面住着12个小女孩，不管天晴还是下雨，她们排着两行走出门，个头最小的叫作玛德琳。在圣诞前一晚，老楼房里所有人都感冒了，只有勇敢的玛德琳在干活，这时来了一位地毯商，玛德琳买下了地毯，可是商人却冻得硬邦邦，玛德琳让地毯商吃了药丸，原来地毯商是个魔法师，他念起了咒语，让地毯载着小女孩飞到了他们妈妈爸爸的身边。简直太棒了，12个小女孩和爸爸妈妈一起过了一个快乐的圣诞节，收获了好多好多的礼物。

整个绘本的画面线条不多，寥寥几笔便勾勒出了一幅幅生动的画面，人物栩栩如生，神态各异，幽默，诙谐，风趣，真可谓是妙趣横生，让人忍俊不禁的同时也深深地被小玛德琳的自信、乐观、勇敢、坚强吸引住了。

绘本语言简洁明快，画面清晰，通俗易懂，文中多采用重复的手法，来加深孩子们对故事情节的印象，正符合幼儿的生长特点，有些东西她们还不能理解，但是对故事情节会有很深的印象，对孩子们来说这就足够了，至于更深的体会要靠孩子们用他们自己去体会。绘本前半部分是中文版，后半部是英文版，双语版本，正是因为绘本具有的这些特点，所以孩子才会深深地喜欢上了小玛德琳，使得小玛德琳成了乐观、自信、坚强、勇敢、善良、富有主见和个性独特的化身。我认为非常值得我们带领孩子们一起阅读。

'Twas the night before Christmas

圣诞节前夜

when all through the house, Not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse.

整间屋子静悄悄，万物沉默，连老鼠也不吵不闹。

The stockings were hung by the chimney with care, In hopes that St Nicholas soon would be there.

在壁炉前，挂上长袜，动作是如此轻缓，圣诞老人快快出现;这是最殷切的期盼。

The children were nestled all snug in their beds,

孩子们躺在小被窝里，暖洋洋的那么舒服，

While visions of sugar-plums danced in their heads;

美梦中的小糖果在脑海里翩翩起舞;

And Mama in her kerchief, and I in my cap,

When out on the lawn there arose such a clatter, I sprang from the bed to see what was the matter.

When, what to my wondering eyes should appear,

But a miniature sleigh, and eight tiny reindeer.

With a little old driver, so lively and quick,

I knew in a moment it must be St Nick.

As dry leaves that before the wild hurricane fly,

When they meet with an obstacle, mount to the sky.

So up to the house-top the coursers they flew,

With the sleigh full of Toys, and St Nicholas, too.

一双袜子，暖到了圣诞老人的心里，难怪他会这么幸福的笑着......

女孩的心思单纯善良，贴心温暖。我们都一味的奢求着向圣诞老人要礼物，可小女孩却想着馈赠与对方什么礼物!分享和感恩才是本文的真谛。也许最好的礼物不是礼物本身。一个拥抱足以融化圣诞夜那厚厚的积雪!

我想，明年，圣诞老人的手也会暖暖的了吧......
